Recently, Shandong Zhongju Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. As an enterprise focusing on the R&D and production of excavator and skid steer loader attachments, Zhongju Intelligent has focused on breaking through three core pain points in the R&D of this compactor. First, high-strength wear-resistant steel plates are used to make the working panel, and its service life is increased by more than 30% compared with traditional products, which can cope with complex working conditions such as sand, clay and gravel. Second, it is equipped with an intelligent pressure regulation system, which can automatically adapt to the compaction force according to the foundation material, avoiding over-compaction or insufficient compaction, and the operation accuracy is significantly improved. Third, the connection structure design is optimized, and the disassembly and assembly with the excavator can be completed within 15 minutes, which greatly reduces the equipment switching time and improves the construction efficiency.

At present, this excavator attachment compactor has completed field tests in many places and performed excellently in scenarios such as rural road hardening, building foundation pretreatment, and farmland water conservancy transformation. "In the past, one equipment could only complete the foundation compaction of 200 square meters a day. Now with the compactor of Zhongju Intelligent, the efficiency is directly doubled and the labor cost is reduced," said the person in charge of an infrastructure project in Shandong.
